Registration for a program does not guarantee that a particular instructor will teach every class or that a program will operate exactly as originally scheduled.

Participation may be subject to additional policies, waivers, agreements, payment terms, or program-specific Terms & Conditions presented during registration.

Studio tuition, withdrawal, late-payment, refund, costume, competition, and other financial policies may be governed by separate enrollment agreements or policies provided at registration.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the program, class, camp, workshop, event, or purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund terms provided during registration before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable registration terms, fees are not automatically refundable because a participant chooses not to attend.

If Canyon Dance Academy cancels an event or program, affected customers will receive information regarding any applicable refund, credit, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements.

6. Health, Safety & Participation

Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, strains, sprains, and other injuries.

Participation in Canyon Dance Academy programs may require acceptance of a separate liability waiver, medical authorization, or other participation agreement.

Participants and parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the participant and following applicable studio safety rules, dress codes, behavior expectations, and instructor directions.

Many Canyon Dance Academy programs are designed for children and teens.

Registrations, purchases, waivers, and agreements for minors must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian where required.
