More chances to move, learn & grow.
Throughout the season, Canyon Dance Academy offers special workshops, clinics, and pop-ups that give dancers the chance to build specific skills, try something new, and grow outside of their weekly classes.
Whether your dancer wants to nail their cartwheel finally, learn how to tap, strengthen their leaps, or become a more confident performer, there’s something to jump into!
Workshops are open to CDA dancers and friends!
You do not have to be currently enrolled at Canyon Dance Academy to participate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child have to attend Canyon Dance Academy?
No! CDA workshops and clinics are open to CDA dancers and dancers from the community. We love welcoming friends and new faces! All dancers must sign a waiver before participating.
What ages can participate?
Age and/or level requirements may vary by workshop. Please check the individual workshop information before registering.
Does my dancer need experience?
It depends on the workshop. Some clinics are designed for beginners, while others are best for dancers with previous experience. Any prerequisites will be listed with the workshop details.
What should my dancer wear?
Dancers should wear comfortable dance or athletic clothing that allows them to move freely. Hair should be secured away from the face. Style-specific shoes may be recommended for certain workshops.
Can parents stay and watch?
Workshops and clinics are designed as drop-off events unless otherwise noted. Parents are welcome to return at the end of the scheduled workshop.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
All participating dancers must have a current waiver on file with Canyon Dance Academy. A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver for dancers under 18.
What happens if a workshop is canceled?
If Canyon Dance Academy (CDA) cancels a workshop, registered families will receive a refund or account credit.
CDA reserves the right to cancel or combine a workshop if minimum enrollment is not met.
